Mike Shy - `The X Factor` 2007 Audition Update. ID No: 81987 - "Well folks where do i start? What a fantastic day out to Glasgow for my audition. A quick "Thank You" to Heidi (Vocal Coach) & to the staff from RIVER ISLAND (Gyle) for the clothing gear. A HUGE THANKS to my family for being there, and friends for their support. Arrived Confident & Prepared and ready to bellow out a few lines from Frank Sinatra`s `That`s Life`,.....  but that unfortunately is where it ends. Sadly knocked out at the early stages of the competition but what an EXPERIENCE!   If it`s something you`ve thought about but just never had the push to go for it, then let me tell you if nothing else its a real insight into how the infamous TV Show is put together. Be prepared to wait the ques (a few hours) as YOUR CHANCE WILL COME along with thousands of other contestants & all eagerly awaiting for their auditions. It was great to meet others alike & all hoping for that shot at The Title of what could be considered THE GREATEST REALITY TV TALENT SHOW of them all. Was nice to meet LEON JACKSON and then see him come through the door with his `Red Ticket` as he, myself and 8 other `Hopefulls` were all part of just 1 group (this meant a return audition for him) and has finally made it to the LIVE TV SHOW.
